Background
In November 2025, state DOTs lost their ability to issue requests for proposals and other announcements through the NCHRP Announce Listserv. This project seeks to fill this gap through the development of an alternative distribution list or similar solution. This will allow state DOTs’ research programs to reach a wider audience of potential research teams and, in turn, receive a broader range of research ideas and proposals.
